Vice President (Strategic Marketing, Business & Product – Wealth Banking Department)

Duties and Responsibilities 
•    Drive innovative and out of the box thinking with respect to new ideas, programs, campaigns and initiatives. 
•    Setting ambitious KPIs/OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for a Merchant acquisition team and Advertising & Marketing team. 
•    Supervise all media and production agency relationships.
•    Create Sales tools and marketing collaterals including content producing, videos, product presentation, etc). 
•    Work with other team members to develop annual advertising budgets and advertising plan.
•    Create strategic marketing and advertising guidance and recommendation to each segment. 
•    Stay ahead of industry trends and platforms and know how to apply them effectively to achieve business goals.
•    Lead, review and oversee advertising and media budgets. 
•    Manage a team of strong product, content and creative marketing professionals.
•    Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
•    Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

•    Any Graduate (or) other relevant academic backgrounds (MBA degree holder is preferable!).
•    Have at least (4) years experience in Advertising (Working in media agency) and Product marketing (Messaging strategies, product marketing content creation and design          creation).
•    Have strong analytical, problem solving and good time management skills.
•    Computer literate and proficiency in English.
•    Robust negotiation skills and ability to build and manage both external and internal relationships.
•    Strong understanding of broader digital media ecosystem.
