Job Description

This is an opportunity to be part of a big journey of Osotspa Public Company - a leading energy drink manufacturer from Thailand - to drive growth of international business unit and to involve in commercial team along with the newly establishment of factory in Myanmar.  The ideal candidate will welcome the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization and thrive in new and developing areas of this business.

 

The candidate will manage van sales team in assigned territory to achieve monthly target, to strengthen relationship with customer, and to improve visibility and merchandising.

 

  • To achieve sales target and development their own area target breakdown by Channels (Volume and Cash)
  • Daily/Weekly follow up by target achievement.
  • To set up the daily/weekly plan for sales people and monitoring.
  • Monthly review for strength and weakness of operation and corrective action taken.
  • To review detail debtor by weekly and overdue debtor by daily.
  • To monitor the exclusive outlets through channels people according to the market visit schedule and taken the corrective action.
  • To report the market visit feedback by monthly.
  • To train and explain the sales people for channel objectives and what should they do.
  • To set up the rolling forecasting by quarterly.
  • Every marketing information from HO, after that must explain to their own sales people.

  • 3 – 5 years experience in Sales (minimum 1years as supervisor)
  • High school or Bachelor Degree or relate field.
  • Proactive and good personality
  • Good service mind and problem solving skills
  • Great attention to details.
