To provide network troubleshooting, operations support and escalations for the clients.
Prepare project documents, reporting including customer troubleshooting assistant. Monitor and analyze the problem when fault happen. Prepare incident reports, including findings with analysis. Provide technical analysis, guidance and mentoring to less experienced engineers. Respond to incident calls and ensure the SLA to clients.
Diploma or Degree with relevant subjects it IT or equivalent.
RHCSA, VCP (NV/DC), JNCIA (ENT/SEC), CCNA (R&S/Security) strongly preferred andshould have good understanding of Routing/ Switching protocols, network security and DCinfrastructure. Good to have working knowledge of Linux OS and Virtualization.

Must have strong troubleshooting skills.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience is preferred.
Knowledge in DC network design, planning, optimization and solutions for IP networkequipment.
Must have excellent communication, self-motivated, good learning and working attitude.
Able to work with customers on resolution of technical issues under pressure.
Able to communicate in English to various levels of client’s management personnel.
