• Identify user and system requirements for new and existing websites and applications 
• Make design, code, testing and system quality improvement to applications 
• Collaborate with frontend and other backend for integration 
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders 
• Inspect, test, verify and validate software 
• Liaise with designers to decide on UI/UX elements and layouts 
• Oversee junior developers, evaluate their performance and review their codes 
• Prioritize software development projects, assigned tasks and must meet development time frame 
• Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features 
• Other work-related duties as assigned by supervisors  

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Web Development 
• Solid knowledge and experienced in frontend languages such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript, jQuery & Vue.js 
• Solid knowledge and experienced in PHP, Laravel, Reddit
• Passionate and experienced in developing fast and reliable APIs 
• Have experience working with SQL database, with MySQL index optimization and query optimization  
• Practical knowledge of GIT 
• Good analytical skills and communication skills
