Job Description

Sales/Markering/SED Admin (one-year contract)

  • Handling MJSL social media page, timely posts for events, article and advertisements by liaising with group marketing.
  • Ordering marketing material from group, factory and local market.
  • Organizing and participating Sales events if necessary.
  • Maintaining and keeping sales data both soft and Hard copy.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Supporting salespeople for tenders submission, Contract and collecting DP if necessary.
  • Arranging internal meetings e.g. handover.
  • Timely updating the incoming/outgoing/received/no of units for SED related jobs in BSC WIP file on daily basis
  • Timely updating the monthly OIT/Specs/Discount Information/status/OR date/Pull date in SED WIP file
  • creating respective folders for each Tender/OIT in SED shared drive and saving related documents under respective directory
  • Timely updating the incoming and outgoing date in DO WIP file for different type of drawing submission for both local & BSC DO
  • Performs other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

* Bachelor’s university degree in Business administrative, Social science or Art.

* Min 2 to 3 years’ experience in administrative field.

* Basic Level of English Language (both written and spoken)

* Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
