Job Description

On behalf of our Client, a logistics provider. We are looking for a: Sales & Marketing Manager to be based at their offices in Yangon, Myanmar.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ecommerce revenue and objectives, ensuring delivery of growth rates that enhance market share, through effective leadership of designated sales and marketing channels
  • Manages and nurtures both B2B and B2C customer relationships
  • Plans and implements sales and service development programs, targeted towards existing and new territories
  • Increases E-commerce sales through conceptualizing, developing and executing effective online and offline marketing strategies
  • Implements effective digital marketing strategies to drive more traffic to all our company social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Plans, reviews and monitors Marketing Calendar monthly, quarterly and annually to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with the company’s business objectives
  • Ensures team members and achievement towards KPIs and monitors their development progress
  • Carries out any ad hoc assignments given by management

Job Requirements

  • University degree in any major subject plus MBA or related diploma
  • At least (5) years’ experience of sales and marketing in a management role
  • Having hands-on sales experience with a proven track record in reaching and exceeding sales target
  • Having strong knowledge of modern technology and social media
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Good communication, negotiation and leadership skills
  • Excellent command of the English Language
  • Be able to travel as business trips
