1. Support the Sales Channel/Brand Manager with data and statistics, payments and other projects2. Support the Sales Department with customer administration3. Process orders4. Check data accuracy in orders and invoices5. Contact customers to obtain missing information or answer queries6. Assist with the follow up of invoices and management of receipt of payments from customers7. Liaise with the Warehouse Department and Logistics Department to ensure timely deliveries8. Maintain and update sales and customer records9. Develop monthly sales reports10. Communicate important feedback from customers internally11. Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations12. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, promotions, fees, incentives, margins, etc.,13. Communicate and cooperate effectively with relevant departments in the organization14. Perform other related duties and required of the Sales Department15. Follow instructions from and report to the Sales Channel/Brand Manager
1. Previous experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales support2. Bachelor’s degree or certifications in Sales or other relevant fields3. Understanding of sales performance metrics and process4. Hands-on and proficient experience with MIT Software and Microsoft Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint in particular)5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills6. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills7. Ability to work under strict deadlines8. Ability to coordinate and work in teams9. Ability to travel locally
