The Relationship Manager role is responsible for the execution of sales, products or service activities in coordination with the branch operations team. The overall objective of this role is to grow sales, build customer loyalty and recommend the development of business strategies or initiatives. Build relationship in the market, enhance MCB image to be a bank of choice for Myanmar.
Achieve MCB objective of generating revenue from existing portfolio and also thru New to Bank acquisition as per agreed budgets/targets from client relationship. Achieve sales targets spread across Liabilities, Retail Assets, Business Banking, Forex, Credit Cards etc.
