Job Description

  1. Daily monitoring and evaluation of agents of call centres and digital channel by checking other operators’ performance.
  2. Coordinate with Training and Operation for quality improvement while sharing Weekly and Monthly circulation of Audit reports with summarized concern areas of improvement.
  3. Provide necessary data to teams, especially to Training for planning of coaching and trainings.
  4. Periodic QA parameter review and implementation based on trend and operational requirements.
  5. Effective controlled random sampling of call records
  6. Sampling and audit of additional in/outbound scope such as profit centers.
