Job Description

• Building new and existing networks and leverage those networks in order to prospect and nurture opportunities that lead to sales.
• Prepare weekly sale reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and activity.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered.
• Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with clients and optional project marketers, other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels
• Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits.
• Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service.
• Creates and presents regular performance reports for marketing managers
• Attends trade shows and travels to meet clients as needed
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Responsible for the business development with existing and potential customers to achieve sales target.
• Prepares quotations and follow-ups with orders.
• Assists the clients in the process of product selection

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or a Related Field
• Enable to communicate in English in written and spoken(Chinese is also preferred)
• Good communication skills, for both clients and work colleagues
• Experiences in B2B selling in home customized furniture are preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skill
• Must be able to work in Showroom (if necessary)
• Minimum Experience: at least 02 years working experience in relevant position
• Languages: Good in English, (Chinese is also preferred)
• Candidate needs to be a self-starter and motivated to prospect, guide and close deals.
• Good knowledge of marketing techniques and its experience on relevant field especially in Business to Business Sale.
• Communication and Presentation skills, client relationships, emphasizing excellence, negotiation, prospecting skills, meeting sales goals, creativity, sales planning,
independence, motivation for sales
• Excellent knowledge on MS Office, Power Point, Email and internet and social media marketing
