Procurement 

• Ensure procurement process is remains credible and complies with Regional Procurement Policy
• Research potential vendors for all business requirements
• Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
• Devise and use fruitful sourcing strategies depending on complexity
• Run RFP and/ or tendering process where required
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
• Vendor due diligence and on boarding post validation of their credentials and integrity
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain internal records and databases for Vendors, prices, purchase history, invoicing etc.
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
• Responsible for maintaining and ensure purchased records, and other important data; and prepare monthly yearly report

Office Support

• Ensure proper maintenance of office premises including utilities, telephone, internet, housekeeping, hygiene, employee health & safety standards
• Respond to general office needs/ requirements for stationery, pantry items and other such supplies like mail delivery
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed for recurring items
• Provide cover, if receptionist is away to temporarily manage reception area,
• Access control system and monitoring of logs
• Co-ordinate preparedness for emergency evacuations
• Actively support any social or collaborative employee events/functions

• Any Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration
• At least 4 to 5 years of experience Management of procurement operations and office administration
• Must be fluent in both oral and written business English.
• Make professional decisions in fast-paced environment
• Work with team members to complete duties as needed
• Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels, as well as being detail oriented
• Adaptable, flexible, able to take initiative, proactive and prioritize among competing demands.
• A good team player with strong interpersonal skills, outgoing personality, and ability to work independently and effectively under pressure and on strict deadlines and in a multi-cultural setting
