Job Description

  • Supporting dispute Resolution process of Level-1 team
  • Setting up Online Merchants / Service Providers
  • Testing, verifying UI/UX, test results and roll-out the New Services at system
  • Implementing System Maintenance
  • Supporting EOD, Settlement processes daily
  • Retrieving reports and data
  • Working with vendors how to integrate the API & solve issues for them
  • Writing the queries, accessing transactions tables from database
  • Understanding the customer's issues by reading logs of different systems
  • Collaborating with developers in setting up and troubleshooting at system

Job Requirements

  • Computer Science Degree (BCSC (or) BC Tech (or) BE IT) is required
  • Mobile Application (Android ,IOS) QA Testing experience is required
  • Query databases and basic database activities experience is required
  • Skill set to troubleshoot the transactions across the different systems is required
  • Service and supportive mindset is required
  • Responsive communication across the teams is required
  • English language fluency is required
  • As per working activities, working at after office hours or weekend is required
