Job Description

  • Perform Daily Settlement Operations.
  • Participate in process of checking Low KYC and High KYC information.
  • Participate in process of calling KYC New users, Reject users to upgrade high KYC.
  • Perform periodic KYC reviews on risk based.
  • Monitor and prepare high-quality suspicious transaction reports.
  • Preparet reconciliation of General Ledger and Portal Reports.
  • Create the Registration of Business Offline Merchants and Agents.
  • Participate in work procedure improvement exercises as required.
  • Handle customer and merchant ‘s Disputes and complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree is required.
  • Higher Diploma or certificate in accounting and marketing is an advantage.
  • Good English Language skill
  • Able to use Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Words, and PowerPoint.
  • Computer literate and good typing skills.
  • Be able to work with the team and work overtime if required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks/priorities
