Job Description

This position is for Myanmar nationals only.

A. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To lead from front as a functional SPOC with key functions such as Finance / IT / Regulatory on business processes execution and also engage with MFS platform provider on all M-Commerce related issues and support.

B. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

MFS Business Operations

• Manage the day to day MFS/MM operations and develop corresponding service levels in coordination with support teams
• Handle queries, incidents and problems resolution and maintain service levels
• Prepare and deliver MFS/MM performance reports

Fraud Management & Compliance

• Support network security audits and fraud risk assessment studies, including network usage, billing integrity, revenue surety and internal threats
• Monitor and ensure compliance to fraud management standards, policies, and procedures
• Provide audit reports for Internal Audit, External Audit, Regulatory Audit according to regulatory requirements and explanation to regulators
• Weekly check and monitor all agent / aggregator related suspicious & fraudulent transaction with RA and ensure due Claw Back applied as per policy

Partners & Agent Network Management

• Understand, analyse and discuss key criteria for a successful network management (dimensioning, capability development, liquidity management, performance and compliance, etc.)

Platform functional enhancements and new product developments

• Lead daily platform operational tasks enhancements for business requirements to ensure platform functions are running according to business requirements and improve daily tasks
• Collaborate with new/existing partners for integration and new product developments

MFS/MM Branding & Campaign Management

• Contribute to the alignment of MFS branding to the organization’s brand strategy
• Demonstrate a working knowledge in campaign management and contribute information / ideas to the campaigning strategy process for FMS program
• Develop tactical MFS/MM campaigns to assist in the achievement of operational goals

MFS/MM Sales & Distribution

• Participate in building the MFS/MM sales models and S&D roadmap, and execute part of the plans
• Assist in developing and managing distribution channels
• Monitor, review and analyze FMS/MM relevant infrastructure and distribution networks

Job Requirements

C .EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• University Graduate
• Minimum 5 years experience with related role in Banking, Microfinance Institutions, or telecommunications
• Strong Customer process orientations on key banking services will be an advantage
• Good knowledge on MS Excel
• Able to Speak English at a reasonable level.
