Job Description

Job Purpose:

Oversees the training and growth of all employees in an organization and develops the talents of employees to their full potential by focusing on individual and organizational needs in order to reach the organizational goals 

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of learning and capability development solutions that support AGD’s employees performance and growth.
  • Defining and executing L&D strategies in collaboration with Management, Head of Department and others internal affairs.
  • Implement effective and purposeful training methods and evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
  • Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organizations goals.
  • Conduct and manage the effective, informative and knowledgeable classroom training and field coaching on organization wide
  • Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.
  • Delivery of in house training where appropriate and as required 
  • Provide proactive support, advice and guidance on all training issues
  • Conduct online training using online platform, create video content with trainers which all need to deliver by learning Management Software (LMS)

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree
  • Master Degree in Business Management/Administration, Human Resource Management or related fields is an advantage
  • Experience in banking or financial sector is preferred
  • 5 years’ and above experience in training and development management
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in both in Burmese and English
  • Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools
  • Good communication skill in both Myanmar and  English
  • Able to travel
