Job Description

Assist the internal audit function by performing the regular compliance audit in business units.
Execute the audit planning and perform field audit at business units throughout the year.
Identify and highlight any non-compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Authority Matrix and Chart of Authority (COA) within the functional departments.
Report the non-compliance with rule and regulation within Organization to Senior Management and Group Head of Internal Audit.
Carry out system audit by examining the user departments’ operating and IT system (such as digital payment system, sale and inventory system) and highlight if any identified frauds and errors to Group Head of Internal Audit.
Prepare the compliance audit report regularly and submit to Group Head of Internal Audit for review.
Review the business contracts and license agreements and check whether the respective management of business units are complying with terms and conditions as per contracts and agreements

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related field, such as Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Law, or Business.
Relevant professional qualifications such as ACCA Part-2, CPA
At least 4 years internal audit working experience.
Preferred those who has system and compliance audit experience.
Possess analytical skill, conceptual skills, applying critical thinking and problem solving
Ability to work independently, efficiently and as part of a team
Follow a code of ethic such as integrity, confidentiality, objectivity and professional behavior.
Microsoft Office Skills (i.e., Advance Excel, Word& PowerPoint)
Maintain good communication with internal/ external stakeholders and liaise with group risk and internal audit team.
