Job Description

  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and implementing human resource policies and procedures.
  • Manage Staffs Payroll Calculation.
  • Identify staff vacancies and manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Oversee the evaluation, classification and rating of occupations and job positions.
  • Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the personnel, training, or labor relations activities of an organization.
  • Recommend Employees benefit programs to management
  • Maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree and Human Resource Dip Preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years Work experience in HR, preferably in the F&B industry
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Knowledge of payroll systems and HR databases
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing and evaluating candidates for various seniority levels
  • Knowledge of HR Software, HR systems and databases.
