- Establish and administer recruitment and selection program to ensure adequate manpower supply to meet current future- Actively involves in talent requirement, interview arrangement resume screening and candidate section process- Develop and maintain employee database, monthly report and documentation systems of human resources- Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines and work independently and cooperatively with team members is required.
- Any Graduate, more preferable for Management studies background degree.- Age 35- 45 years.- Must have minimum (5) years’ work experience in related job.- Must be able to handle for HRM.
