Job Description

To assist and support on development of Employee family member’s reimbursement & payment process, HR Operation process that align to company goals and competitive practices.

Explain to employee inquires via phone and email for employee family member’s reimbursement process/payment
Provide the relevant submission guidelines and claim form via email based on the employee inquires
Collect the employee’s all necessary claim documents/data and update in the master database
Details to check the employee’s all necessary claim documents
Follow up with finance team to ensure all payments in time
Liaise with finance team, support for the expatriate's reimbursement process and submit via finance software
Support the end to end process for GEM/golden brooch process, to issue new employee if eligible and ensure for the exit employees to return back to HR
Liaise with respective department and support for the exit process for contract employees (exit interview and clearance process)
Performs all other duties as assigned or required
Daily report to direct supervisor and others are upon the tasks from direct line manager and functional head

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree required in relevant field
At least one-year solid working experience in relevant fields, especially employee benefits
Excellent command of written (can be type Pyidaungsu font) and spoken in English
Proven computer literacy in Microsoft office series, database skills, Office G-suite
Communication skills and ability to build amiable relationship with co-workers and employees
Flexible to work under pressure and willingness to hardworking
