Roles & responsibilities
Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
Check the team members and control the team qualification
Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improve.
Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary.
Monitor accounts receivable, payable , general ledger, fixed asset, and follow up with vendors for better cash flow management
Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as invoicing, and other transactions.
Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.
Oversee all finance operations including full sets of book, statutory reports, management reporting, cash management, budget, forecast, analysis, etc.,
Responsible for financial planning, forecasting and budgeting, cost analysis and operation expense control, financial reports, cash flow forecasting and work closely with the operations and project teams analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis
Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation and assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction.
Lead weekly, monthly meeting with the respective team to review financial result.
Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statement, payment, cash-flow management reporting for submission to management.
Review the performance of marketing and operation department and report on key issues to management.
Play a critical role in providing business decision support to the operational management team as well as providing leadership and direction to the finance team;
