1. Develop long term customer relationships and provide a high level of service to achieve new and repeat business.2. Prospecting, attending to marketing enquiries and conduct site visits with potential investors for industrial spaces.2. Station and maintain sales gallery to engage walk-in prospects.3. Content generation of marketing collaterals, which are used to facilitate both overseas and local prospecting4. Support investment promotion roadshows/exhibitions/delegation site visits which include presentations to potential investors and follow up visits to secure new businesses.5. Follow up on all transactional documents to ensure its completion.6. Conduct market research and identify market trends8. Able and willing to work long and irregular working hours.9. Any other duties assigned by the superiors.
1. Bachelor Degree in Business or Economics, prefer Diploma in Marketing.2. Ability to speak in English and Thai/Chinese.3. Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.4. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Real Estate industry.5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Report writing and presentation skills7. Possess positive disposition, resourcefulness, numerate and a team player.8. Ability to multi-task and an eye for details.
