Job Description

This role is responsible for managing the content and activity on the KBZ Bank and KBZPay websites, as well as other web presence the Bank may have in the future. The Digital Marketing Manager for Website & Content will focus on optimising the content on the KBZ Bank and KBZPay website to ensure that it offers the best user experience and to make sure that all web traffic data is used for analytics purposes.

  • Manage, maintain and regularly update all web content in both English and Burmese
  • Ensure SEO and SEM best practices are adhered to where possible, and ensure the website is well integrated into digital marketing campaigns
  • Work with different business units to make sure their product and service information is always up to date on the website, and to advise them on how best to present the information to their target audience
  • Stay up to date with website analytics and UI/UX best practices to be able to advise the tech team and designers on how to build the website
  • Create regular reports on website traffic for the CMO, Business Units and management. 
  • Propose website enhancements that will drive a better user experience.
  • Represent the voice of the customer in internal discussions, looking at all marketing activities from the customer perspective.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, IT or other relevant subject.
  • Further study in digital marketing, web analytics or content development preferred
  • Fluency in Myanmar and English.
  • Must be able to type in Burmese.
  • 3 years experience in Marketing, Web Design or Website management
  • Hands-on experience in managing multiple websites
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurement
  • A basic understanding of the Digital Media ecosystem
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and cross-functionally to activate and manage myriad channels, and plan, track, and manage detailed work
