Job Description

  • Developing a solid and trusting relationships between major Online Merchant’s and company
  • Resolving Merchant issues and complaints
  • Managing communication between the Merchant and internal teams
  • Managing account team assigned to each Merchant
  • Strategic planning to improve Merchant transactions
  • Negotiating contracts with the Merchant and establishing a timeline of performance
  • Planning and presenting reports on Merchant progress
  • Analyzing Merchant data to provide customer relationship management
  • Expanding relationships and bringing in New Merchant

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications (or related field)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the related job role and having online Sales experience is preferred 
  • Strong experience in Online marketing campaign strategy development, measurement, and execution is required
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships, copywriting, positioning, targeting, email list management, data segmentation, and CRM familiarity are advantages
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking 
  • Good command of spoken and written in both Myanmar and English
