Key Responsibitilies:

Check various channels eg.Facebook Group,Telegrams.,etc for active Job vacancies
Job creation and upload on the recruitment platforms
Check quality of job on Alote Platform
Translation of the job post from English to Myanmar.
Maintenance and quality inspection of jobs on Alote Platform:
Manage quality of jobs on website, make sure jobs are in the right categories, experience levels
Manage the team to achieve the goals of the HR/ customer success team.
Communicate with our key customers and support them using JobNet.
Solve customer inquiries via phone or via company visit
Train customers to understand and use the JobNet and Alote Platform
