• Bachelor degree
• At least 1 years of experience in Customer Service
• Minimum 1 year expedience in IT industry
• Good communication, social, and interpersonal skills
• Mindset and ability to provide excellent customer service
• Can accept day shift to night shift.
• Can accept overtime working hours
• Great Communication skill & experience working on a team
• Ability to work under pressure
• Critical Thinking & Problem solving skill
• Possess strong interpersonal and excellent public relation skills• Proficiency in written and spoken English/Chinese preferred• Computer Literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, E-mail)
