Job Description

Overview
The overall purpose and responsibilities will be to support the Wholesale Channel in Yangon and
Nationwide to drive sales optimization for Oway (Haircare) business with stockists. This position will
support the Wholesale Division to achieve sales strategies for all stockists, by integrating business
requirements within trade partner agreements, along with analyzing market dynamics and business
opportunities.


Roles and Responsibilities
 Support Wholesale Division to achieve sales strategies
 Help support business to drive sales and focus on delivering profitable growth
 Full ownership and responsibility for guiding and leading all marketing activity across Yangon
 Be the concentrate point of contact for stock and monthly sales reviews
 Monthly account visits, report on merchandising presentation, inventory levels, and track sales
performance
 Manage retailer specific sku matrix & manage Wholesale Division expenses
 Liaise with Sales Team and Merchandising for retailer sku forecasts
 Analyze market dynamics and business for opportunities
 Integrate business requirements, as per trade partner agreements
 Manage Wholesale Division expenses

 Fluent in English, Mandarin and Burmese
 Must be able to travel around Mandalay and North of Myanmar
 Ability to handle an ever-changing fast-paced work environment
 Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at one time with a strong attention to detail
