Job Description

  • Ability to achieve Sales target and revenue in monthly practice
  • Plan to ensure achievement of Sales Team and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
  • Understand the market, customer and competitive information in order to build sales strategy and objectives to maximize revenue
  • Assistant Business Development Manager to gain targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition
  • Familiar with IT Solutions and Busines solution Software Services, and willing to learn
  • Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
  • Highly motivated and able to create sound relationship with the B2B & B2G Customer
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them
  • Able to provide continuous improvement in the sales while building customer loyalty
  • Ability to work both independently and cooperatively with our customers and team members

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree related with applied position (MBA, ABE, Advance Diploma are preferred)
  • Must be Fluent English Language skill & IT Background.
  • At Least (3) years experiences in Business Development Assistant Manager
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills. The problem-solving ability and effective communication ability
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
