• Planning and execution of all communication and media actions on all channels including online, offline and social media to reach the targeted customers.• Developing strategies and managing marketing and branding campaigns across print, broadcast, online, email and social media platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build credibility of brands.• Analyzing the success of branding campaigns and creating reports.• Creating and managing promotional collaterals to establish and maintain product branding.• Managing the annual and monthly budget for branding campaigns, advertising and promotional activities.• Carrying out competitors and customers insights analysis in order to keep up to date with competitors’ trends, customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.• Analyzing of sales forecasts and relevant financials; and reporting on programme sales target.• Managing and monitoring on academic consultants to ensure that all the offering, communication ways and messages to the customers are on the right proposition.• Working together with Business development team, Programme management team for product development, new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities.• Maintaining consistency in branding (supervising on programme sales, visual designs, promotional videos, product design and other forms of marketing), meeting with students and customers and working across multiple departments/teams• Analyzing and Reporting on all the projects and plans• Working under pressures and deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field• minimum 5 years of experiences in a related field• Adept at working with marketing teams and other departmental heads to achieve a common goal• Knowledge of current marketing trends and multimedia platforms; strong budgeting, Internet, and computer skills• Able to plan, organize, and implement marketing strategies to boost sale and product awareness• Strong communication, sales, presentation, management, and leadership skills; goal-oriented, flexible, and creative under pressure.
