- Responsible for delivering brand/category plan to achieve distribution/net revenue/trade spend/gross margin and share objectives- Work closely with Marketing team to develop business plan and new product launches and then translate brand strategies and tactical plans into sales execution plans- Work closely with Sales to drive business objectives and engage with customers to drive category management initiatives- Responsible for trade spends and in store execution – from planning to execution- Perform analysis on promotions, measure results against business plans, recommend changes to tactics or mechanics to drive share in market
- Master Degree or Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, and other related fields- At least 2-3 years experiences as Category Management in multinational FMCG companies.- Strong analytical and project management- Leadership of team- Active, energetic, result driven, easily to adapt with changes, creative, and good interpersonal skill- Good command in English- Good computer literacy
