Assistant Sales Manager(HORECA)

1. Support the HORECA Sale Manager with the prepare of monthly sales forecasts and annual sales forecasts for all Horeca Channel-related products3. Achieve set sales targets by volume, SKU and customer account4. Monitor assign sales data and activities from Horeca Channel Team daily; includes sales, stock balance, customer information, customer feedback, issues and concerns5. Monitor all Horeca Channel-related product inventory weekly6. Assist the HORECA Sale Manager for prepare purchase orders for all Horeca Channel-related products and request approval from Director of Sales & Marketing7. Oversee and manage Horeca Channel’s daily operations8. Effectively oversee and manage Horeca Channel’s sale process daily and delegate and take necessary actions as required; develop target list of new customers and front line relationship with key customer accounts9. Communicate effectively and efficiently with both principals and customers10. Receive product knowledge from principals and sequentially provide product knowledge trainings to the remainder of the Horeca Team and customers as required11. Monitor and manage Horeca Channel’s sales invoices, accounts receivable and sales transactions12. Hold weekly meetings with Horeca Channel Team and/or Brand Managers to address concerns and issues13. Survey and compile competitor information, current market situation and future trends and insights14. Attend events when required15. Communicate and cooperate effectively with relevant departments in the organization16. Perform other related duties and required of the Sales Department17. Report to Director of Sales & Marketing regarding Horeca Channel Team’s sales data and activities weekly; includes sales, stock balance, customerinformation, customer feedback, issues and concerns
1. Previous experience in Sales, especially in Horeca Channel2. Bachelor’s degree or certifications in Sales or other relevant fields3. Understanding of sales performance metrics and process4. Hands-on and proficient experience with Microsoft Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint in particular)5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills6. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills7. Ability to work under strict deadlines8. Ability to coordinate and work in teams9. Ability to travel locally10. Proficiency in both Burmese and English11. Can work at Hlaing Thar Yar Township.
