Drive the safety awareness both internal and external
Control optimization of energy consumption as well as saving and also persuade all of workers to get involved
To look after complete engineering and maintenance of the Boiler including all electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance and plant modifications, as require.
Air and steam generation system include Boiler and Turbine operation( Utility of Plant )
Improve the process layout or procedure to improve the utilization of space.
Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly preventive maintenance plan
Planning to check of machine maintenance plan weekly basics and 3 month rolling focus.
Planning and controlling the spare parts for key area of operation area
Implement & plan all the quality system ISO, GMP, HACCP & other new quality system.
Maintain good employee morale, happy working place Training & Control.
Upgrade employee capability. Sustain all company SOP & WI and ISO & Other process.
Raise proactive issues with managers, identify practical solutions to complex and diverse operational issues and recommend appropriate action plans.
Follow up the daily problem and characteristic them and solving
Tracking problem to the root cause and cooperate the related team to fix the problem and preventing.
Drive the people to be multiple skill people. Then, the flexibility of employee is improved as well
Improve the communication from one way to two way communication to get the participation from team and reaction.
Motivation the employee by create the motivation program; such as the recognition and incentive as necessary
Let the all employee to have the safety awareness
To control Department budget and Utility cost as per AOP & Company KPI.
