Job Description

  • Support to Trade Marketing team to drive the overall ecommerce planning process and to develop and deliver innovative ecommerce strategy
  • To develop plans and strategies that enable to meet or exceed business goals for New channel.
  • Maintain relationships with Key B2B account to help drive new business opportunities
  • Seek out new opportunity to drive growth for B2B and manage B2B channel 
  • Report and analysis, including executive reporting of sales results, key metrics and KPIs, campaign tracking and analysis, and ad hoc strategic analysis.
  • Responsible for development and execution of the new channel marketing strategy through website, email, social media etc.
  • Maintains and builds relationships with key decision-makers. Reviews trends with buyers weekly. Implements season profitability plans. Review weekly sales performance.
  • Analyze sales data, such as classification analysis and market share, looking for both growth and missed opportunities
  • Maintain on orders, reviewing orders for accuracy, replacing sales lost due to cancels or oversold
  • Drive the expansion of brand through identifying new digital wholesale opportunities and key strategic partners
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, building strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and improve existing processes
  • Monitor sites daily to identify opportunities with product pages, category pages, and navigation. Follow company regulations and all implemented standard system
  • Other responsibilities as per company assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • Minimum 3-4 years of ecommerce focus experience in FMCG industry.
  • Experience across various marketing channels as well as experience with B2B sales channel.
  • Experience working with cross functional team and coordinating with others to deliver business objectives.
  • Ability to think from a broad business perspective and strategically and out-of-the box, team player, planning & organizational skills, executor, accurate, stress resistant, creative, entrepreneur focused on growth.
  • Good interpersonal skill, can work effectively with others
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
