* Manage around 4 business center
* Know information about market of managed business center: population, square, number of BTS, channel & activity of competitors, number of school, company, organization, and local government units.
* Know structure, model, number of each kind channel, all process for channel development and channel policy
* Control channel recruitment process of business center follow assigned target and guideline of HQ *Monitor and evaluate operation of whole managed channels.
* Suggest to vice director for channel strategy of managed area
* Distribute target for each managed business center and each Supervisor of business center based on assigned target, actual business status, and orientation of HQ
* Make sale plan for each channel with supervisor, store manager.
* Adjust plan in deployment time if market, human resource or guarantee condition have the change
* Get report, analyze and evaluate the performance of whole managed channels
* Monitors sales plan of business centers, supervisors, direct store and sub-distributors.
* Make business trip plan to go sequence to each business center, check Supervisor & sub-distributor deploy business on right channel, managed area and policy of company.
* Support business center organize communication or marketing program.
* Find out difficultly of business center, analyze data and give solution to archive the best result.
* Check directly Mytel’s image on channel
* Co-works with trade marketing officer deploy communication program to managed area
* Update frequently, remember and understand clearly policy of Mytel to train staff, consultant, sale and care customer.
* Know software systems and application on mobile phone to sale, manage channel and get report
* Report weekly, monthly, year about sales activities follow guideline and regulation of company.
