Job Description

• Administrative support for Head of Department & IT Department in general (leave-related matters, stationary, meeting arrangements, etc.)

• Administration & coordination of IT procurement process, including
* Verifying IT related requests & purchases submitted by users from different departments
* Obtaining of quotations from various vendors for IT purchases
* Verifying delivered IT products & related accessories
* Coordinating with vendors on warranty claims & equipment faults

• Preparing the annual budget for IT expenditure, both for the strategic projects as well as BAU items

• Monitoring of IT expenditure spending to ensure that they are within stated budget

• Prepare for annual audit report (listed by items, department, branch, vendor, etc)

• Validating the IT inventory list is consistent with that maintained by Finance

• Performing other administrative duties as needed

Job Requirements

Experience:
• At least 1 year of experience in performing such a role in another financial services organization

Competencies:
• A good appreciation of numbers & administration matters
• Good sense with number & financial competencies
• A positive disposition

Qualifications:
• Bachelor of B.Sc. (Business) or related field of studies
• Good working knowledge of advanced Excel & Microsoft Office suite of tools
• Some accounting qualifications (e.g. LCCI) would be an added advantage
