• Consider new ideas and generate to expand the market.• Review the Daily Fuel Rate from outsiders/competitors.• Sent message to GM & CFO about daily wholesales competitor prices.• Sent daily wholesales price to customers.• Accept the enquiry and sales order from customers.• Sending a message by phone to MaxWell and port about sales order, make negotiation with MaxWell for the delivery date and car to send to customers.• Check & sign daily wholesales PR and Report.• Inform to filling station when the management team instructs us to change the retail price.• Recording the Revised Wholesales Price and Revised Retails Price.• Preparing the wholesales target volume and estimate budget for monthly, quarterly and yearly.• Reviewing the Sales Target with Actual figures.• Submit the Department’s monthly report to Manager & GM.• Checking the weekly report submitted by the sales team with the related document.• Travelling to customers as necessary.• Assist to Manager as necessary.
• Any Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent discipline.• Customer-focused, self-motivation & drive and has a positive attitude that fosters a pro-active ethos in the rest of the team and department.• Well-developed reporting and technical presentation skills• Fluent in all Microsoft tools; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM and analysis tools • Fluent in English competency.• Accomplish the assigned tasked on time.• Ability influence to external and internal customers and team• Good communication & interpersonal skills
