1.To lead and manage company’s Warehouse and Logistics operations including monitoring and achievementof Operation Key Performance Index., including but not limited to: Storage Accountability, Order Accuracy,Safety, Housekeeping and Security of Operation, Warehouse turn-around-time, Billing and documentation,Inventory Management (Control, Accuracy and level), Overtime Ratio & Labor Productivity2. Review of Operation status with customers & management on a timely and regular basis. Providemanagement report on operation status and budget figures on a timely and regular basis3. Manage and Develop the entire operation team which may include; Staff training plan, Recruitment ofoperations staff, Staff development activity and Ensure efficient communication between inter-departments4. To maintain good working relationships with all logistics customers, customer’s customers and suppliers.5. As required, assist sales team in securing new business, including; conduct of facility tours, presentations onoperations, site visits for customers to present capabilities and / or gather data and coordination effort withlogistics solutions and IT solutions teams6. To own, design, implement and update of all Warehouse and Logistics SOPs.7. Implement new customer projects base on budget and project time line.8. Process review, continuous improvement and implementation to maintain quality excellence9. Ensure timeliness and accuracy of warehouse and logistics information are key entered / scanned into ourLogistics Management System (WMS, TMS etc.)10. Provide cost analysis and cost modeling support to enhance productivity and efficiency.11. Support warehouse layouts, storage designs, material handling equipment selection.12. Provide resource modeling (space, labour, equipment and transport).
1.Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Diploma with at least 3 - 5 years related working experience preferred in3PL/ 4PL / Freight & Transportation Industry. Or Total 5-8 years working experience in the Logistic Industry orwarehousing operations, preferably in a management role. Preferably, have experience working in thewarehousing operations in Singapore, Malaysia or other countries.2. Good working knowledge of the following operations areas – distribution, inventory planning, 3 rd and 4 th PartyLogistics in the F&B, FMCG or Consumer Packaged Goods, Pharmaceuticals or Hi-Tech, or LifestylesIndustries.3. Good Interpersonal skills and Communication skills. Strong, capable organization leadership. Superiorcustomer relationship management skills. Strong problem-solving skills4. Ability to read reports and analyze performance data. Strategic thinking ability, proven implementation results.A proven, experienced resource in solutions and implementations.5. Experience with local customs, trade and regulatory issues related to logistics.6. Must have good written and spoken English and the ability to communicate well with management.
