Position PurposeUI UX Designer creates visual app concepts, wireframes and flows, by hand and using computer software, to implement App functionalities, products and promotions as well as constantly improves App’s customer journey upon HCD feedback and input. The App Designer will design and constantly improve the Agent App as well as the Self-service portal, to make sure that the customer experience is seamless as well.
