JTI has in-house Training & Development Academy with a dedicated Team and the incumbent responsibility will be to lead and manage the Team. Main area of responsibility will be;- Responsible to conduct skills gap analysis and address those gaps though relevant training- Responsible to organize training programs, including developing courses/ modules and translating training materials is must- Implementation of good training methods and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs- Maintain training database, evaluation database, examination result database and oversee the outcomes- Need to liaise with all related departments and must have good communication skills- Constantly be up-to-date on the latest training methods and innovative ways to engage with the audience- People management - Recruit, motivate and guide the professional development of the team.
- University Degree preferably majoring in Business. (Teaching diploma advantageous)- At least 5-8 years experience of designing, arranging and conducting training in FMCG or Sales Fields.- Ability to communicate in English is necessary. - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Internet and E-mail) with ability and willingness to learn other types of technology including all training systems and equipment.- Critical Thinking- Adaptable, flexible and open to change- Ability to multi-task and function well under pressure and tight time frames- Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to engage International stake holders when necessary
