And then, submitted claim to supplier.• Supporting in Service Operation any technical issue.• Receiving, analyzing & distributing all update technical information to branches• Analyzing for technical problem and product quality issue of repetitive failure & reporting to principal• Handling recommendation process for necessary parts, tools, equipment, and literatures.• Updating the VCADS (Tech tool & Matrix) for new version.• Monitoring daily technical supporting activity.• Handling product campaign job• Monthly Reporting & Summarizing • Supporting to Engineering Mechanic Department• Monitoring new arrival Machines inspection jobs and stock maintenance jobs and pre delivery inspection and delivery instruction job.
• At least 6 years experience as related Field• Graduated in B.E (Mechanical ) • Managing the technical support department• Experience in training for engineering mechanic (Commercial Vehicle, Agriculture)• Fluent spoken and written English• Available for Travelling• Highly computer literate in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
