Division: Learning & DevelopmentDepartment: Human ResourcesReporting to: Head of Learning & TalentPurpose of the RoleTo design and deliver Talent and Leadership Development interventions that support the execution of business strategies and enhance business performance at KBZ Bank.Accountabilities- Developing, maintaining and delivering key Talent programmes and supporting the overall development of capability across the Bank. Support the HR team in further developing talent processes.- Responsible for creating and maintaining a talent development programme for the KBZ Bank.- Developing and maintaining key management & personal development programmes.- Working as part of the small Talent Management team and the wider Learning & Development team as well as closely working alongside HR Business Partners, VCGMs and Function Heads. To support teams in creating strong leadership and collective responsibility.- Act as a consultant to the business on strategic interventions based on the People Plan.- To prepare for and facilitate the periodic Talent Council meetings- Coach senior managers to develop their performance.- Contribute to strategic projects with other members of the HR team particularly where these impact- Talent Development’s processes and systems.Scope and Impact- Decisions are guided by KBZ Bank’s business strategies and objectives.- Is recognised as a Talent Development expert within KBZ Bank, both within and beyond own function.- Designs and executes project to achieve milestones and objectives or initiatives that impact the Bank on a national level.- Strategic Planning and Decision Making- Develops, adapts and executes talent management strategy to help achieve key business objectives.Relationships- Regular contact with VCGMs and Function Heads to identify key development needs across different departments; - Work with DCEOs to ensure alignment and effectiveness; Consult with the people forum on all people led learning interventions.- Working with the Head of L&D and the HR Business Partners to implement the people agenda
