• Connecting with internal subject matter experts and business partners to learn about and gather information on proposed company initiatives, upcoming product launches and promotions, events and discover opportunities to leverage content to promote the ananda brand on social media• Planning of social media tactics for communications strategic plans• Developing social media plans based on service & offer plans and the yearly communication plan• Identifying opportunities in social media and developing/working with themes that will ensure presence and dialog on social media• Creating excellent, reader-centric, audience-targeted content for corporate social media channels, including Web page, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn• Developing content creation • Manages the ongoing posting activity on social media and to communities – alone or with help of ad-hoc support teams.• Designing basic graphic elements when needed.• Monitoring social media and trends to identify where to put our efforts i.e. themes and communities• Monitoring relevant conversations carrying out a variety of analysis to gain customer insights.• Assisting in the research of target audiences through metrics/analytics. • Reporting the performance on social media.• Developing monthly presentations for Communication and Brand Manager to communicate content plans of publishing.• Demonstrating expertise in presenting social media content campaigns and proposals for those without proficiency in social media. Show ability to illustrate the user journey, demonstrate campaign targeting, mobile presentation, synergies with other digital channels.
• 3 or more years managing a corporate brand’s social media channels either as a corporate employee or at an agency.• Proficiency in knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Google +, YouTube, Instagram and Pinterest for business purposes and Microsoft Office.• Proficiency in Photoshop• Experience to identify critical insights (whether through trends or through hard• data) and organize them into actionable plans that can be shared across content team • Expert in utilizing all means of communication (digital, written, oral, etc.) for a variety of target audiences• Experience with SEO (search engine optimization) and a general understanding of how to use search insights to drive content improvements• Experience with Google Tag Manager.• High level of competency in using Facebook analytics tools• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, deadline-driven environment• Experience managing multiple projects and team members
