• Real Estate Project Sales Position to execute on sales of new developments in Yangon• Able to easily communicate with Division Leader , Key Customers• Understanding customer requirements business and presenting appropriately to make a sale• maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails• cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business• negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales• Able to manage the sales team under you to analyze their work perpendicular to each department • Understanding the market update information and research the information to your own• Work closely with internal departments such as the Marketing or Product teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply• advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions• liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders• reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets• making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations• Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues• Possess deep knowledge of secure contract dealing of developer and buyers• Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times• Able to solve the problem in any situation • High performance work practice lead to both high individual and high organizational performance• Have a knowledge of understanding home loan process• Must be high achieving, ambitious and result– oriented and innovative person
• Able to easily communicate buyers of real estate and able to handle rejection with ease• Must able to speak in English, Preferred (Chinese Speaking)• Must be good personality and strong skillful person• Be able to develop strong customer relationships• Personally manage Key Customer Accounts• Able to create an active "prospect" pipeline• Can qualify customers’ needs and requirements• Be able to deliver great customer service• Able to identify issues and provide solutions• Know how to overcome Sales objections• Comfortable to take sales rejection• Able to actively work towards agreed sales targets• High-level proficiency with MS Office programs
