Ensure optimal contribution in Infant business objective achievement in a regional basis and within committed budget, hospital channel plan and strictly respect to Nestle Nutrition Instruction.Develop and implement the regional specific initiatives to achieve higher penetration within accounts and assure NA hospital and contact coverage as committed. Develop and assure the implementation of field channel plan.Spend 60-70% of time in field throughout the region in order to coach the NA team in collaboration with training manager to ensure the NA skills and knowledge level are at standard requirement Establish and maintain a good professional relationship with top contacts by regular visit, support supervisors in identifying new KOLEnsure cycle communication are effectively roll out regionally as cycle plan to strengthen Infant nutrition and baby food business in hospital channel.Collaborate with the brand team and scientific in the development and execution of the marketing /scientific activity / and feedback in relevant channels.Cooperate with training manager for updating training needs and feedback to fully develop team knowledge, skill and motivating attitudeInvolve and make recommendation to identify potential NA candidate for recruitment when position is required. Agreement of NA career plan and development supervisorContinually review the competitive environment, highlighting and make recommendation to the business based on sound market knowledgeAdhere to WHO code, Nestle Instruction and Local legislation and no sales incentive of IFFO to sales / marketing function. Summarized monthly code violation report is to be submitted, if any, to Nutrtion & Medical Services in Thailand.
