Support IT E-services lead in coordinating with Team Leads and BU / Cluster on their requirements and coordinating internally or externally with outsourced vendor on proposed solution Taking the lead in coordination with the Estel and MPSS on 663 matters including: • updating of product / services offered• updating merchant / agent integration • Technical support issues Support IT E-services Lead on coordinating with the outsourced vendor for the POS aggregation portal which will integrate all the various e-services offerings onto one aggregated portal at the POS). Coordinate with Group IT ERP team, Estel / EPSS and external vendors on integration of e-Services, 663 and eventually e-Commence to AX backend Support IT E-services lead to coordinate with the 663 & G&G Training Team Lead to develop the training pack for 663 and e-Services
