o Functional Responsibilities o Reporting Monthly closing accounts by deadline and necessary reports. Prepare monthly journal entries, account reconciliations and inter-company transactions. IRD and DICA/MIC report submission per deadline.o Accounting And Financingo Responsible for general ledger and month end closing for multiple entities.o Responsible for inter-company transactions and reconciliation monthly.o Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and compliance to group accounting policies.o Responsible for Balance Sheet accounts reconciliation.o File and maintain all journal entries for internal and audit purpose.o Research and reconcile all discrepancies.o Following internal controls.o Completing data backups.o Assist Chief Accountant and dealing with external auditors and tax officer to complete financial report and tax submission.o Supervisory Dutieso Supervise AP/ AR accountant to entry the transactions, prepare payment vouchers and revenue recognition.o Interviewing, hiring orienting and training employees.o Planning, assigning, and directing work.o Coaching and appraising performance.o Knowledge Responsibilitieso Previous experience in accounting, auditing and management.o Financial Responsibilities: o General Ledger and auditing.o HR Responsibilities: General Ledgero Travel Requirements: No required oversea travel but domestic travel from time to time to the branches (less than twice a year in general)
Bachelor’s Degree, ACCA (Part 2) or Dip: IFRS Knowledge in accountancy preferred.At least 5 years minimum experience in accounting (general ledger) field.Computer literate for MS word, and Outlook. Proficiency on Excel and accounting software.Forward and achieving of targets. Able to work along with subordinates peers and superiors.Experience of team management of at least 2 accountants for 2 years.Good spoken and written English and Myanmar Native Language.
