Responsibilities:• Ensuring that the Control Room remain secure at all times and that no unauthorized person enter the Control Room. • Work in Control Room, watch video monitors and communicate with all parties by walkie-talkie, phones and any other designated communication channels.• Use the radio, telephone, computer, intercom system and emergency alarm system in accordance with policy and procedure or post orders• Monitoring of all fire alarms within the facility. • May perform other duties as assigned by Operation Manager
Qualifications:• Respond effectively in crisis or emergency situations.• Exercise good judgment under stressful circumstances.• Remain alert and responsive.• Identify suspicious acts utilizing T.V. monitors• Function within the enclosed environment of a Control Room. • Interact with coworkers and members of the public in a courteous and professional manner. • Good interpersonal skill with highly self-motivated and multi-tasking personality.• Computer Literacy• 2- 3 years working experience. Relevant work experience in property management or hospitality industry is bonus.
