Responsibility • Managing overall client relationships under his/her portfolio.• Organize and coordinate sales representative schedules• To lead, guide and motivate sale team members to achieve sales targets• To develop sale strategy, targets, plan and on-ground tactic working together with team• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics • Handle customer complaints and monitors revenue generated for the company.• Providing timely advice related to our products to customers from high executive level to junior staff on all matters, including solutions and operational procedures.• Coordinating with other internal departments to ensure smooth & timely execution of transactions and speedy response to customer needs.• Submitting call reports, performing customers’ portfolio analysis, preparing require paper works and other internal reports.• Adhering strictly to the KPI criteria, goals and objectives.
- Any Graduate,- Must be computer literate and familiar with MS word/ Excel and Power Point- At least (3) years of experiences in retail and wholesale is a plus- Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills.- Good presentation skills and people skills; team player.- Able to work under certain pressure and follow directions
