- Implement Sales & Key Account Management in targeted assign Key Account private hospital- Organizing appointments and meeting with community and hospital based healthcare staffs- To provide off take data (Rx data), inventory level, competitor activities from assign selected key accounts hospital- Building a strong business relationship with the key private hospital and KMDs- To achieve the targeted brands in respective private hospital based on their individuals set RPS- To achieve the targeted in assign private hospital- Regular discussion with immediate head for customers engagement program- Managing budgets and handling PS & POM effectively- To communicate closely and properly with immediate supervisor, inter department and subordinates. ( by all ways of communication)- To manage time to get things done of field work, reporting, data analysis and documentations
EDUCATION: • Bachelor or University Degree Holder SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: • At least 3 years experienced in related field (more prefer in Sales & Marketing)• Present a positive attitude• Set up and maintain proper equipment for a live broadcasts and remotes• Able to work under certain pressure and follow directions• Multitask and work long hours including night and weekends• Excellent communication skills and able to interact effectively with the clients and listeners• Computer Skills is preferable• Able to read and write English smoothly is an advantage • Moderate written & verbal communication skill (both English & Myanmar)• Willing to assign anywhere in Myanmar.
