The role holder is responsible to effectively support in the origination of strategy of business development and sale operations by implementing the sale activities and customer acquisition, market shares, to increase revenue and profit targets, collection & consumer lending. The role holder is also responsible for providing and effective product cross-selling strategies to the customer and ensures delivery of sales and sales support including documentation. The role holder is also responsible for supporting the bank’s strategies and initiatives to provide an effective and engaging digital customer on boarding experience, expand the agent and merchant networks, and drive the usage of mobile and digital applications, in order to achieve economic and social development in Myanmar through nation-wide financial inclusion- Leads and effectively executes the Value Centre’s business plans for structuring highly relevant and innovative financial solutions to deepen account adoption and to reach more customers at lower cost, in line with the overall bank’s strategy of driving nation-wide financial inclusion- Perform and contribute for the identification of opportunities to deliver exceptional standard procedures and real-time system improvements for existing processes.- Identify the customer needs and report to the VCGM of Secured Consumer- Support to fulfill/ensure the sale targets, product enhancement- Monitors the situations of the property market, customers ‘behavior in applying home loan and report to superiors in real-time.- Support the secured mortgage consumer team to meet clients’ requirements- Conduct sales effort commensurate with the market opportunity to generate new clients, while maintaining and expanding existing profitable client relationship- Participate sales activities/events to meet sales target- Maintains healthy relationship with the consumers and developers.- Negotiate with customers to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service and enlarge sales network.
Bachelor’s degree in related field Computing skill needed excel, words, power point, e - mail(Myanmar and English) Strong communication skill Must have property market knowledge Must be able to work with team Must be able to deal with customer out of office hour if required. Must have Legal knowledge Able to drive Able to work independently Familiar with Yangon Map Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in sales (prefer property sales experience) Strong social Networking experience
