Sales Experience:- Able and confident to easily communicate with Managers, Hr Directors, Owners of large companies- Be able to develop strong customer relationships- Personally, manage customer Accounts- Able to create an active "prospect" pipeline- Can qualify customers’ needs and requirements- Be able to deliver great customer service- Able to identify issues and provide solutions- Know how to overcome Sales objections- Comfortable to take sales rejection- Able to actively work towards agreed sales targetsMarketing Experience:-Participate in various Marketing/promotions-Understand competitors and how to overcome-Assist in continual product/service improvement-Work with Marketing to develop creative pricing-Assist in developing company's Marketing plan to support our clients
